Dr. Richard Vance Spencer is the doctor who signed the death certificate
for his father-in-law, George Withrow, who died May 31, 1916, apparently
at the home of Dr. Spencer and his wife, Mary Belle Withrow Spencer, at
1445 Fifth Avenue, Chicago Heights, Cook County, Illinois.
