Notes for Sarah THURTELL

Information received from Peter Murray in 1997 shows that Sarah Thurtell,
daughter of John and Elizabeth Thurtell, is mentioned in the will of her
father in 1767, in which she was bequeathed an equal share (with her
brothers John and James) of her father's property in Boarstreet,
Norwich. Her mother was to have the use of this property while she
lived. It appears that Sarah Thurtell was unmarried in 1767. She may be
the Sarah Thurtell who witnessed the marriage of James Thurtell and
Winifred Nunn in 1758.
