The family tree done by Harriet Thurtell about 1900, the Thurtell Family
History done by Irene Peters about 1963, and the History of the Thurtell
Family done by Susan Persia Thurtell about 1968, all in the possession of
Susan Persia Thurtell Miller, show Sarah Mickle was a spinster in
Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Information provided to Charlotte Mackie by Grace Mickle Harper showed
that Sarah Mickle was President of the Women's Historical Society,
Ontario, and decorated the Howard House in High Park. The Sarah Mickle
Room was named in her honor.
