Notes for Gertrude Emma PITOUT
According to information received from Michael Thurtell in 1998, Gertrude
Elizabeth Pitout Thurtell was born in Uitenhage, the daughter of Sarel
Pitout and Elizabeth Pitout. She was a housewife and died on February 9,
1912, at her residence in Willowmore, South Africa. He was 84 years, 9
months old when she died.
