The 1998 LDS British Isles Vital Records Index CD shows that Arthur Browne Thurtell, the son of Edward Thurtell and Sarah, was born in Orford and christened on September 9, 1822, as recorded in the Bishop's Transcript for Suffolk County, England (FHL Number 918509). He probably died young since he is not listed in the family records.
