Notes for Phoebe THURTELL

The history of the Thurtell Family done by Susan Persia Thurtell about 1968 and family tree done by Harriet Thurtell about 1900 show Phoebe Thurtell married George Bate. She died December 14, 1842, at age 32, and is buried in Blundeston, Suffolk, England. Information received from Peter Murray in 1997 shows that she married George Bate, of Hedenham Bucks, but it is not clear if they left issue.

Information obtained from James Thurtell (jim.thurtell@@bt.com) in August 1999 showed that Phoebe Thurtell married George Bate between October and December 1840.
