According to information received from Peter Murray in 1997, Bernard Steabler Murray, "Bun," was a farmer at Bloemhof farm, South Africa, until he retired. He served in World War I. After he retired, he and his wife, Frieda du Plessis Murray, lived at 304 Mairamer Victoria Road, Bantry Bay, Capetown, South Africa.
