Notes for Leonard Harland THURTELL

The 1963 Thurtell Family History and the History of the Thurtell Family done about 1968 by Susan Persia Thurtell show Leonard Thurtell and Mary Davis Thurtell as two of the children of Guy Thurtell. A photocopy of the family tree done by Harriet Thurtell shows Leonard and Mary Davis as Guy's brother and sister. Leonard Thurtell apparently died young in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. The year of his death on the photocopy of Harriet Thurtell's family tree is illegible.

Information received from Charlotte Mackie in 1997 showed that Leonard Thurtell was a clerk. He died May 1, 1900, at age 21 of typhoid and is buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
